From April 9 to 10, 2025, the company underwent the annual surveillance audit for its Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). Led by a team of four experts, the audit team delved into the frontlines of production and management, covering departments such as the New Materials Business Division, Nonwoven Business Division, and Grating Business Division. Based on standard clauses and the company's management system documents, the audit focused on comprehensive verification of key aspects, including target achievement, documented information control, implementation of corrective actions, customer complaint handling, and night shift operation management. Minister Liu of the Enterprise Management Department coordinated the arrangements, guiding all departments to fully cooperate and ensure the smooth progress of the audit.
During the audit, the four experts conducted a meticulous review of the company's management system operations through various means, including document review, on-site inspections, and staff interviews. Minister Liu and the accompanying personnel actively responded to the experts' requirements, providing not only detailed documents and records but also engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions on the practical operation effectiveness of the management systems. With the full cooperation of all departments, the audit proceeded in an orderly manner, demonstrating the company's rigorous management attitude and efficient work style.
This three-system audit serves not only as a comprehensive "health check" of the company's overall management capabilities but also as a new starting point to propel the enterprise toward high-quality development. In the future, the company will take this audit as an opportunity to further consolidate its management foundation, practice the concept of green manufacturing, and set a benchmark for the sustainable development of the industry.
